A Prayer of Honoring…
Gratitude for the many hands, the many lands, the many prayers and the many lives that have shared the wisdoms, the healing and the mysteries of a good life and how to walk with inherent indigeneity and sacred reciprocity.
I bow to the healing traditions of the Mayan people as shared generously through Don Elijio Panti and my beloved teacher Dr. Rosita Arvigo, for initiating me into the wisdom of The Womb as the first step on my healing journey out of decades of darkness. Bless the people and medicines of the Amazon and high Andes peaks of Peru- for the transmissions of sacred law. Deep love for the Mazatec people for the wisdom of Los Pequenos Santos and for opening my hands and heart over and over again in Oaxaca to the reverence needed to steward good medicine. To the songs still singing in the bones below the rubble of my European ancestors who knew how to worship God and that all pervasive Christ light that has been so brutally corrupted, I hear you when I walk the green hills of Ireland and stand at the edge of the Mediterranean Sea – the medicine of a true prayer, our soul song and the first language is not lost. To the original Native Salish Sea peoples, the Cedar, Eagle, Salmon and Orca for tending this PNW land I call home– oh my heart.
Bless the many unseen forces that live behind the four winds that have supported my journey, I am your ear. And, to the Ancestors of The First Flame for the reclamation of many lifetimes.
Above all I bow at the feet of my Mother, my Guru and guide, the embodiment of the Divine unconditional love of Mother God and Her many faces for destroying my life so I may return to God and live with love- I am at your service. This light of mine dances, sings and serves for you. May I be your white flower of peace.

If we distilled all of the holistic healing modalities, seeking, ceremonies and sacred medicines down to one intention it would be a return to God’s Love as that Source and Force that dances with each soul in its unique expression. If we looked at the rootstock of the destruction, devastations, losses and sufferings of life, we would find God’s face patiently waiting for us under the rubble of a societal over-story that has defaced the sacred.
The majority of our modern maladies are a Love problem, a creation story problem and a belonging problem. We have fallen from turning towards God’s grace and living life on life’s terms with faith. Another way to language this is that we have lost connection with, and our place in, the sacred Universal order of all things. This has led to the grave desecration of the Earth body, the feminine body in all bodies and the far reaching famine of the Soul.
Here, in this space, you determine what/who God is. You bring forth the sacred names and architecture that support your soul’s cosmology. And know that reclamation of the sacred in life is paramount for the journey, however that looks for you.
We live in a time where the dual nature of life is colliding with fervor to beckon us to understand the nature of transformation, healing and the psychic, energetic forces within each individual that shape the material world. Healing begins within, it is the only way to ignite lasting change of form, true transformation.
Here you will be stewarded home to your own inner healer where you reclaim your power and partnership with Life. You have everything you need inside. Yet the paradox of the human journey is that we don’t travel alone. When you hear the language of the soul you will be guided to those who help resurrect your inherent gift. These relationships birth the fortitude to stand alone in the places that only you can stand to recover your unique connection with Creation.
There has never been and will never be another unique you. Only you can walk this path, only you know exactly what is best for you and where to plant your next footprint. Your emotions are a medicine, your intuition is a power tool. Gather inspiration from those who have walked this blessed narrow path to blaze a new little tribuatary. Do not be me, do not become them, be you- you are the medicine you seek. Become your own ministry in service to Life while understanding the innate formula that has lasted throughout the human history of seeking.
The path is quite simple, the tools timeless. The work lives within confronting the power of choice along the path.
Holistic Spiritual Mentoring
These are online journeys through the subconscious to bring awareness to all that has turned away from Love. I administer the medicine of prayer, meditation, sacred sound, ritual suggestions, breath work and pure presence. All sessions are held in a holistic, quantum, and trauma aware space.
The potential for working with sacred plant allies is part of the medicine basket and will be determined upon individual need and readiness.
When we understand what motivates our impulses, our desires, dreams and actions we restore personal power and choice. We must feel how they travel in the emotional body the attachments and identities they are snagged to reorient the mind/body back to resonance with the voice of Life as it moves through the system.
This is a return to true safety and a life of devotion, the most rewarding path as a human. It is not a quick fix or healing tool- yet the modalities here will support you as you rediscover you have never been broken- the ultimate healing.
The 2 Month Immersion
- This is like a little 8 week ceremony for yourself. A cleanse and clearing of your fear for a reboot and reorganization of your faith. A true shift requires commitment, follow through and a container.
- Prayer work, Meditation, Sound/Soul song, Mirroring, Breath work, Somatics, Ritual, Daily Practices, Plants (if needed), Dietary suggestions (if needed), Parts Work (which is always a part).
- We will meet weekly, for one hour, for two months from your start date. Ongoing enrollment.
- In between you have my full attention via email. I will respond within 24 hours
- You will receive inspirations from me along the way in various forms to keep your heart pointed in the right direction.

A Prayerful Breath
These 90 minute-2 hour sessions are a ceremonial container to work with the first medicine- our breath- as a powerful and near psychedelic healing tool to open up the mind/body in a way that helps release stuck stories, trauma and emotions. Deep spiritual insight can be experienced in these sessions.
May you remember that bewildered, breathful cry out of the womb initiating the reciprocal contract with Life. The breath is a direct pathway to God. Without our breath we lose our physical life. Thus the resurrection of innate gratitude, compassion and the humility for all that serves our lives can be awakened in these sessions.
These sessions are only offered with a prior one hour spiritual mentoring session to prepare the space and teach the breath work patterns (new clients only). Monthly Prayer Circles
The first Monday of each month there will be a community prayer/meditation circle for anyone to join. I will be there holding a container for all who seek a moment of reprieve from the noise. Even if one shows, that is enough.
Each session will begin with a short reading or teaching, prayer, meditation and a time for sharing and questions for a few people. If there are questions that you want addressed in the sessions, that are relevant to the group, please send them to the email below.
